The iBX-SWU993A/J is a high-performance SWIR industrial camera designed for machine vision and scientific imaging. It features a 1/1.8" InGaAs sensor with a 400–1700nm spectral range, enabling reliable imaging for low-light, infrared, and material inspection applications.
It delivers up to 2048 × 1536 resolution at 93fps (8-bit) with 12-bit high dynamic range for both speed and precision. The global shutter ensures distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects, while the USB3.0 interface provides stable high-speed data transmission.
The integrated TEC cooling system stabilizes sensor temperature up to 25°C below ambient, ensuring consistent performance in long-duration industrial use.
