The iBX-SWG991A/J is a high-performance SWIR industrial camera featuring the Sony IMX991 InGaAs sensor for exceptional shortwave infrared imaging. Operating across a 400–1700nm spectral range, it delivers high sensitivity, low noise, and outstanding image quality for demanding industrial inspection and scientific research.
With 640 × 512 resolution, up to 257.8fps (8-bit), and 12-bit high dynamic range, the camera captures fast-moving targets with exceptional clarity. Its GigE interface provides stable long-distance data transmission, while the integrated TEC (Thermoelectric Cooling) system maintains the sensor temperature up to 25°C below ambient for reliable, low-noise operation.
