The iBX-992 Series SWIR industrial camera is a high-performance short-wave infrared imaging system designed for demanding industrial inspection, semiconductor analysis, and scientific applications.

Equipped with a 1/1.4” InGaAs sensor and a spectral response range of 400–1700nm (optional up to 1800nm), it delivers exceptional sensitivity for both visible and infrared imaging. With a resolution of 2560 × 2048 and a frame rate of up to 165fps, the camera provides high-speed, high-resolution capture for fast-moving inspection tasks.

Supporting global shutter technology, 12-bit dynamic range imaging, and stable operation from -20°C to 60°C, the iBX-992 ensures accurate and distortion-free imaging in harsh environments.

Its flexible connectivity options including USB 3.0, GigE Vision, and CameraLink make it highly adaptable for different machine vision system architectures. Integrated TEC cooling technology maintains the sensor temperature up to 25°C below ambient, ensuring long-term imaging stability.
